I'm on my second day as well, and I am going to piggyback on your goals for the day, if that's alright.
Let's DO THIS!0 -
Yeahhhhh.. Lets !0

Great idea! One day at a time.0

Third day goals.
Gym before my errands.
Track everything honestly.
To plan is good, to follow the plan is success.0 -

Just keep pushing, you can do it!0

Stay Focusedand ask yourself every morning "How bad do you want to reach the goal"- !!!!!0

Dont just track it, but make sure you weigh it, especially of you are only running a small deficit. Learn as much as you can so you dont end up being one of those who post saying they arent losing.
Also chill out, have reasonable exepctations, support yourself and be confident that you cna do it by sticking to the basics. Its really straightforward.0 -
Push focus chill... All great motivational words. Thanks0

Commit is the other word. Do what it takes.
Focus is interesting. I find I am very focused, which means I keep learning, keep applying , adjusting and do what I cna to make the weight go down. Build momentum and you start everything going in the right direction.
Chill is something for the long term. With 50 to lose then a very rough rule of thumb is it will take you 52 weeks at 1lb a week. some cna manage it faster and others slower, it depends what deficit you run and cna consistently apply. on your joruney you will hit obstacles and delays which throw you off course and for many people cause them to binge, panic, quit cry etc. Preparing for the unexpected, taking it one day at a time and not letting things throw you off balance is the mindset to have. Whatever happens stay focused, relax, chill and deal with it, that will get you from day one to day whatever when you reach target.
I see it all the times with people getting frustrated and beating themselves up. Its counterproductive. You are more effective if you remain focused, dont panic and smart enough to consistently keep going in the right direction. Avoid the drama and gain some self confidence that you know what you are doing and can do whats required.0 -
