Pre-Workout Mug Cake
Cake 1/4 oats, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 large egg0 -
Topping, 1 quest peanut butter protein cup, 1 tbsp almond butter
Directions: mix the cake ingredients into a mug and microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes, then crumple the peanut butter cup and add the optional almond butterHeavennnnnnnn

P.s, ladies and gents, I'm new to posting things, sorry if the ingredient list looks confusing, I'm not sure why it's not letting me copy/paste it and I don't know why it won't post if I do separate lines for each ingredient haha
