    Hey there! :{D
Welcome to MFP and I've only been here for over a month but I can say that the most important thing you can do is track your calories as accurately as possible. Being at a deficet is the biggest thing. Other than that, you can lift weights like 5x5 stronglifts which is a beginner program I'm doing to help retain muscle while you're in a deficet and then I'm also doing cardio by running on the off days of the program. My week is MWF is 5x5 and T TH is cardio for 2 hours. You can even push yourself a bit harder by doing 30 min of cardio after your weight lifting. But all in all, I believe you should find something you love to do be it dancing, running, weight lifting, sports, etc. You don't want to dread going to the gym. I myself love weight lifting and want to be able to run a 5k. And even 10k after than. I'm the same as I've always struggled being overweight so I can understand what you're going through. When you start if, if you've never exercised before, take it slow and easy. Just walk for an hour each day is more than enough. We don't want you to get injured. If you wish, you may feel free to add me and message me. c:
Good luck on your weight loss!
