Hello all! Im new to the community so please be gentle Il try and keep this short!
A little about me:
My name is Kyle..Im a Boxer/Kickboxer/Musician/Family Man From the United Kingdom.I have struggled with my weight my whole life, the heaviest i ever got to was 26 stone of pure fat and i really wasn't a well man.Acid reflux,Couldn't walk long distances,Terrible sleep Apnea ETC you get the picture.I am the type of person that can put muscle and size on very easily but also put on fat just as easy.My body seems to be a mass building machine and until i accepted that i didn't get nowhere
Like most people i have Yo YO dieted for years .Regardless of my fluctuating weight throughout the years i have been very interested in training since the tender age of 13.I had my first weight bench at that age and have been hooked in to training ever since yet still always struggled to get in to good shape.i gave it up for a year when i was 18 out of anger and that is when i realized that even though training didn't get me slim and in fantastic shape it was at least keeping me at a more manageable weight.i stopped and ballooned up terribly! something had to change and quick..
Im bit of a knowledge buff.I read books and study everyday.i mostly study Biology + Nutrition, and it has helped me sustain my weight loss.i have tried every supplement known to man that is legal and come to the conclusion nothing works unless you put in the work! so much of what is out there is to just take your money.i wish i knew this sooner! if i can give any support on supplements ask away
The thing that has worked for me the last 3 years of my fitness regime is a little bit of everything.i don't believe in diets as such.i believe in life long changes to your daily habits you can keep up for a long time.i also believe that your body can adapt to your training and eating plan so CHANGE can be very good! i have had my best results since learning this.i personally have great success swapping between intermittent fasting patterns and Low carb cycles.im not against carbs at all we need them but i believe the western diet is completely saturated in them and it can be very helpful to the body to just have a break for a few days and lower your carb load.the same applies for intermittent fasting.we are told breakfast is the most important meal and i don't believe it is.if i eat regular like im told to i start to mass up very quickly.Switching my eating patterns around helps me loose body fat and feel healthy.for me it works.for some it may not
Im always looking to help.and since iv experienced a lot i feel i have quite a lot i can share.im young in years but iv been doing this in some shape or form since i was a teenager.iv had great results and terrible results IV BEEN THERE! i know a fair bit of info on weight loss, supplements, training etc through experience so if anybody wants to pick ma brain go a head.im an open book! give me a friend request or something.soon i aspire to be a personal trainer seeing peoples achievements is a fantastic feeling
Thanks for reading.Didn't keep it short did i :P
