Hello all, my name is Francisca. For over 2 years I am busy trying to loose weight and have lost a bit but then I got bored and gained weight again. So now I am trying to take loosing weight more serious. Starting with changing from an unhealthy eating pattern to a healthy one. And starting with eating (a lot) less junk food and going to the gym 3/4 times a week. With 3 group classes and 1 fitness session focusing on strength.
This app is really helpfull in getting insight in my eating pattern and just found the forum which also contains a lot of information!
