carrot cake pancakes

stir together
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats crushed
1 tbsp each granulated and light brown sugars
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sat
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each nutmeg and allspice
Dash cloves
In another bowl combine
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup finely shredded carrot
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
Add carrot mixture all at once to dry ingredients and stir until mixed. Drop by 1/2 cup fulls in a heated nonstick pan allow bubbles to appear troughout and edges to slightly dry and flip, cook 2-3 more minutes. Serve with sugar free syrup you may slightly heat fat free creaam cheese and mix with syrup for a special treat.
Makes about 12

Bump making these for my husband on Saturday. Quick question what size scoop do you use to try and get the approximate serving size. Do you use a measuring cup or just eyeball it? I am terrible at eyeballing lol!0
