consistency and accuracy...when you've already leaned out, there is very little margin for error...when you're bigger the margin for error is much, much larger.
Also, where are you exactly? A lot of people think they have weight to lose when they really don't...and really they're just unhappy with body composition, etc...in that case, more dieting isn't going to fix the issue.
Are you trying to hit a specific BF% goal or just some arbitrary number on the scale that you have in your head as the number you want to be. At some point, you have to move beyond the scale and that arbitrary number.0 -
Make sure you're not eating more than you need. Less weight will always result in less calories needed. What you were eating at 10lbs isn't what you need to eat now. Shoot for .25 to .50 lbs per week weight loss.

I'm in the same boat as you, actually. I started at ~140 pounds, the last I checked I weighed in at 133, and I'm looking to focus primarily on losing body fat and gaining lean muscle. I've found that alternating C25K (running app) and Stronglifts (weightlifting regime/also available as app) along with a healthy diet at a proper deficit has helped me see the results I have so far. Make sure you're getting enough protein to build up muscle, and try to keep your sodium intake low so you're not retaining too much water.
Aside from that, I unfortunately don't have any magic answers... As @cwolfman13 mentioned, the last few pounds are the hardest because there's so little wiggle room for error. As I never had much to lose, I've *always* been on those last few pounds, so I know the frustration!!
Hopefully this helps a little, and you get the advice you're looking for!0 -
Congratulations on your loss.
I'm in the same place. Down 51lbs. 5 to reach my original target. I am losing about 0.5 lbs a week now. I just keep at it & unfortunately have had to accept this is the way it is with the last few lbs to go.0 -
Thanks everyone for your advice!!! I'm going to take a little advice from each and use it!0

Same place. I was hanging around 136 for about two months. With such a small deficit, and taking bites here or there/over eating on the weekends, I wasn't losing. Dropped down another 100 calories this week and the scale finally moved to 135. I'm basically shooting for a pound a month at this point. Good luck!0
