I am feeling brave! Here are my 'before' pictures. Today I stand at 196.2 pounds, I am 5'11. I am 24 years old -- if you want to be a part in helping me get to my 'after' feel free to add me as a friend!

    You'll be so glad you took before pictures. Sometimes it doesn't "click" until we see how much we've changed. Good luck and feel free to add me if you'd like the extra support.
