2 months - 29 Pounds!

Since the first of the year I've been 100% committed and motivated to turning over a new leaf and living a healthier life. I've stuck to a 1200 calorie diet and worked out 5-6 times per week. The results have been increased strength, flexibility, loss of inches and 29 pounds!

Tracking my food and activity here was been a key to my success. And the friends and community have been so supportive.
