Successes/struggles this week: It was a really busy week, never got lunch on time except for yesterday. When you are truly hungry it is really hard to not visit a drive thru, especially when there are 5 within minutes of where you are. However, i stayed strong and waited to come home to eat my Nutrisystem meal and it paid off.0 -

Struggles or successes of your week:
Struggles : really hard not snacking this weekend, and damn someone brought a Sara Lee cheese cake into the house.
Successes: had a few potato chips not the whole bag. Guess I kept busy enough so I did not over do it on anything.

Hi Everyone!
I didn't make my February goal (my weight decided to stall) but I thought I'd give it a try this month.

Successes/struggles this week: I had a really big whoooosh period at the beginning of the month/at the end of Feb. So although I lost a lot in a few days I'm prepared to have a bit of a stall. I have found that as I am getting closer to my goal weight by loss has become MUCH less linear (weight loss is of course never linear to begin with). I was still a bit sick at the beginning of the week but I am much better and I hope I get back into exercising . I did go to boxing on Thursday, so I will see if I can keep it up.0 -

I know that most of this is bloat/water weight. When I started last week my weight was abnormally high for me so that is what I originally thought but I've been known to binge and put on weight so I wasn't entirely sure. That being said, my original goal for the end of the month will most likely be reached early, but I'm not going to change my goal because anything extra will just be a bonus.0 -

Successes/struggles this week:
I made my return to the gym this week, but for only two days. I cut down my calories back to what I had them set up for before.
Still not feeling the greatest but I am getting better emotionally, and spiritually everyday.

Since I started tracking last week I am down 5 lbs. I am super excited this morning! This will help the motivation for the next week...hopefully! My struggle thus far has been trying to find the perfect balance of food so that I stay within my calorie goal but not feel hungry. I think I am getting there.
Nice progress!0 -

Successes: Met my step goal for the first time since getting my fitbit two weeks ago. I did not eat a single bite of the calorie monster known as the 2,430 calorie Chocolate Stampede at Longhorn Steakhouse. I did give my husband some glares as he ate it though.
Struggles: My work schedule was messed up due to snow, which made it very hard to hit my step goals. I am a teacher and given a full day, I could meet them. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can supplement my steps with walks before or after dinner.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Feel good that despite a grueling work schedule, I kept up on cardio work and ate well on all the days planned. Finally had to break down and actually buy a second round of smaller clothes as much of my first round is now too big ... an amazing feeling of success. This drop has finally put me to the top end of normal BMI and a -80 milestone (my original GW) is only a few pounds away now. Revamping my overall goal to another -10, and then hoping to add some lean mass thereafter ... at least that is my current plan. Hoping to keep it up strong this coming week as my busy schedule continues.
I still don't have much of a network on here, so happy to receive any adds0 -

Successes this week: I have no idea how I achieved a 3lb loss as I've been eating loads this week. The exercise classes must be helping, and I am starting a new one this week.
Struggles this week: Apart from the aforesaid overeating, I think I've done OK.

Successes/struggles this week: Still drinking too much wine. And did not get enough sleep this weekend due to binge watching House of Cards. But, I noticed the sweater I had on yesterday was a little loose in the belly area. This week will be challenging as I have many evening commitments due to daughters school activities. The only chance of exercise will be if I get up early, which will be a struggle given the time change.0
