Hello my name is Chanda M & I am obese,I've generally been this way my entire life ! I have 3 children and 9months pregnant. I have gestational diabetes & I am trying to eat healthier for my unborn, my 3 & myself so that I may be here to see them grow up and have their own families !! Thanks in advance for any help suggestions or support !

    i am also pregnant (8 months) with 2 kids. im 20 yra old and am trying to be healthier this time around. Feel free to add me to keep eachother motovated :)
