Mini goals help you? Does it help to go 10lbs at a time or 20? I have 94lbs left until my goal and I can't wait lol.... its going to take a lot of work so WHAT WORKS TO KEEP YOU MOTIVATED?

    Wanting it for ME. I am not debilitated. Nobody is force-feeding me. I am in control. I'm the one responsible for getting off my butt and onto the pavement (or floor if I'm doing Jillian Michaels).

    Knowing that YOU are the one you have to answer to is a great motivator (or de-motivator when contemplating eating half a can of frosting...)

    I hate giving up, I hate failure. So once I really decided to do this quitting isn't an option.

    Getting to different "mini" milestones helps also. I'm anxious to get to 50 pounds lost (41 so far). But realizing I have lost the equivalent of my 6 year old helped a lot.
