Zucchini, tomatoes, kidney beans, celery, onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, and seasonings! Topped off with sour cream. Mmmm.....

    340 calories for approx. 2.5 cups of chili, plus 50 calories for 2 tbsp of sour cream. I posted the recipe on the community blog "Recipes" about 2 weeks ago, titled "Vegetarian Chili".
