Hello all- I just finished my first week on and I feel pretty good! It's been interesting to see just what I put in my body- and I am a teacher, so I love analyzing data.

I also just finished my finished my first week of couch to 5k (well, I'm on day 1 of week 2). I'm very overweight, but I'm not in horrific shape because I kickbox 3 times a week. Running is a whole new painful animal!

I haven't weighed myself yet, but I am a little nervous because I get a LOT of calories a day. I was under most days this week, and I understand it's not a sprint.

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say hello!

Very good! I have also just completed my first week, and I've done C25K before, so I wanted to say, nice job!

I just started c25k as well. Its hard for me to stay running for a long so im trying to build it up. I am doing 5k with niece this spring and I want to run the whole thing. I did one this winter with her and walk/jog a lot so a change is coming lol

My husband signed us up to do a half in November and I am already pretty sure I am going to die! :)

Congratulations! I just finished my first week too. I've been increasing my walking to a couple of miles each time, but still a little frightened of breaking into a run...

I started C25k last year and had to stop because I really injured my knees and needed PT for 8 weeks (I had ran too much too hard before finding C25k) :( I really liked it and I plan to start up again after I meet my goal weight. So far I've been losing great just by being accurate and weighing my food. C25k will give me a fitness goal to work towards, besides just my weight loss goal :)

Fuzzy- don't be scared! I'm super slow (your walking pace is probably quicker than my run haha), but I manage. If I can, you can!
