How do I eat more healthily?

I've been using this app for ten days and I've not been eating as healthily as I would like. How can I improve my diet?

Choose a wide spread of colourful vegetables, good oils, lean proteins and foods you love to eat.

    Weigh and log everything

Hit protein and fats macros as minimums

Check your nutritional balance every so often

Swap our sugar tracking for fibre

    Move more

Yip I think that about covers it

Try adding in more veggies and lean proteins like turkey and chicken.

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are really good for adding protein without adding too much fat. In my opinion, they taste better than boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Adding the occasional salad or substituting polenta or rice for pasta in some meals is helpful. I use a brand that cooks to a nice consistency and has only 90 calories for 113g or polenta and various seasonings. I'm not suggesting that you cut out foods you love--but modifying recipes can help a lot.

Try switching candy snacks for fruit. It is sweet and healthier

Eat more natural foods, veggies, fruits and salads.

then pick a protein and cook/eat

If you grandparents wouldn't recognize it as food then its probably not worth eating
