I want to lose weight for many reasons but the main reason is to feel confident. When I was younger I started to comfort eat for reasons I don't really wanna share and once you start comfort eating its really hard to stop... Any tips?

    Before you bite into that comfort food take 5 minutes to think why is it you want to eat this.
    You could try to find little activities you could do to reward yourself other then eating, read a magazine, take a 5 minute walk, do your nails. Something you find your self saying "I wish I had time to do this"
