Starting weight: 185lb
Current Weight: 176lb
Goal Weight: 120 lb

    hi. I fit that profile, starting 175, current 170 goal: 130, 5ft3. I'm pretty new here, and haven't posted yet. I like the idea of talking with someone who has a similar start weight and goal. So far, this has been really good...I've been really faithful. Now I could use a good support system! thanks,

    Hi! I am coming back to myfitnesspal because I am trying to lose weight before my cousin's wedding this summer.

    My goal is to log what I eat and follow my nutrition goals. I'm very out of shape so my workout goal for now is to walk on the treadmill for 99 minutes every day (the max amount of time my treadmill allows at once).

    I am 5' 8" and I am currently 211.6 lbs. I am going to weigh myself weekly so I can evaluate how well my plan is going. My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week.

    I would love to have some friends on myfitnesspal to keep me motivated, and I can help encourage you, too! *raises glass* "To our health!"

    Short term goal 165.0 by May.
    Long term 155-145 depending on how healthy I look at 155. I am currently working out pretty heavy and gaining a lot of muscle. When I was 16 I was in Tae Kwon Do and I weighed 155 and it looked good on my body. I'm trying to be healthy and in shape, not skinny.

  • Hi! I am just starting back on this.
    I am recovering from ACDF surgery. Exercise is limited so i need to stay on point with food!
    I have set small goals. My 1st is to hit 190 by may 9th. Then i will reevaluate and set my next goal!
    I just turned 40 last october and want to be healthier!
