Hey guys, I could do with a bit of help..... I've never been really good with diets but at the moment I'm trying my best, I don't go to the gym but I do work out from home, I'm 4ft11 and weigh about 135lb for the past couple of weeks now I've been squatting, lunging (with weights) running pole fitness plus my insanity work out, I try and limit my carbs eat healthy and space my meals out and allow my self one cheat days week but would like to go that extra mile and would like tips on how to incorporate my fitness and meals I'm looking for an all over body change.......
