I just want to eat healthy and feel healthy.

    I totally understand. I'm trying to do both. But the diet will never stick unless you make it a point to change unhealthy habits. All my life I've been raised to clear the plate no matter what and all kinds of terrible habits.

    Life style change is what I'm after as well. One day at a time. It's exciting. I wrote down my weight loss goals and I read them every morning as soon as I wake up. Try it. Feel free to add me!
