2015 weightloss beginning

Hello all,I'm new to this...created an account many years back but didn't do much about getting fit.....so here I'm again with fresh beginnings of my weightloss...
Would really need lots of motivation from you all and get inspired by all...please add me..

    Hey :) losing weight doesn't happen from one day to another , you need time clean eating and exercise and with time you'll get fitter and fitter . I lost 7 kilos in 2013 but gained a few back because I stopped being active and I'm back in the game now

    IrisDGrey thanks and yes your right about clean eating and exercise...already started by cleaning my kitchen cupboard and fridge with healthy foods and snacks...trying to eat clean meals each day...

    Hello! I've been at the healthy lifestyle for a month now. I work out 3 days a week and eat healthy food choices. The weight is coming off slowly but surely. I'm here to support you on your journey! ☺
