Hi - I am new to MFP. I am 37 years old and need to lose at least 85 pounds and am looking for friends who are on a similar journey to becoming healthy!

    I am 36 and have around the same amount to lose too. I try to be as supportive as I can as well. A little encouragement goes a long way! X
