    i love fruit for snacks. apples, bananas, and oranges mostly. carrots and hummus are good too, but be mindful of the serving size of hummus.

    Greek yogurt mixed with chocolate pb2 and stevia, ditto on the quest bars, scoop of whey mixed with water or almond milk, nuts, large banana with tablespoon peanut or almond butter is super filling.

    Celery with laughing cow cream cheese - less than 50 cals for two large stalks with the cheese spread on them (taste good and way fewer cals than peanut butter).

    I eat apples, bananas, grapes, string cheese, special k cereal bars, special k crackers, pudding snacks, cubes of cheese. There is yogurt, popcorn, cheerios, teddy grahams.

    I love my big bowl of Kernels popcorn in the evening
    Got also the seasoning of Kernel and the butter spray
    They got all kinds of flavor for seasoning bacon/caramel chocolate/white cheddar/garlic cheddar/sweet etc

    But i love protein bars and any kind of raw veggies too. :)
