When I first started my fitness journey, I couldn't believe how many contradictory opinions were out there about health, fitness, and weight loss. With extensive research and conversations with my personal trainer, I've uncovered the truth behind the biggest myths about women's fitness... I go into more detail in my blog post:
http://muzictomyearslife.blogspot.com/2015/03/the-truth-behind-10-myths-about-women.html

1. Spot reduction for weight loss doesn't work
2. Strength training will not make you bulky
3. Body fat does not turn into muscle
4. You don't only have to lift weights for strength training, you can use body weight
5. You shouldn't stretch before a workout
6. You need more than cardio to reap maximum weight loss
7. Sweating has nothing to do with weight loss
8. Eat better, not less!
9. You can workout during your period. In fact, you may find that you're more powerful!
10. Weight loss and fitness isn't a hurry

I hope this helps you on your fitness journeys ladies!!!

Love,
Zoe Joy
