Results after one week!

I've lost five pounds in one week. I'm 23, a mother of three and an elementary school teacher. I started at 165.8 and I'm now 160.5. I've been logging now for three days but eating clean two weeks and exercising regularly for one week. I'm so proud! I love my dedication and this resource that aids me in reaching my goal.

Well done! Much of your weight loss is due to less water retention so it will slow down. When this happens don't freak out. Just do what your doing and the weight will keep coming off.0

I won't freak out, lol. I was actually more freaked out by the five pounds in one week! I don't want to get too small!0 -

Good job!!! It shows too!! I lost 5lbs my first week too.. I stood in the mirror looking for the change but couldnt see it

Well, that's very good. Congratulations! You are lovely, by the way. Keep going - the loss generally slows down but what a great boost it is to see a few pounds go in the beginning. It's a great motivator.0
