All you do is take 1 banana (it’s sweeter if it’s ripe) and 1 egg and blend it together well.
Leave the pancake to cook for 10 minutes on a very low heat for 10 minutes. Then flip it using a wide spatula or flip it in the pan using your pancake flipping techniques :)
Let the other side cook undisturbed for 10 minutes and serve.

I tried these the other day. I know someone who just loves them, so I took her advice. People have different tastes, I guess, because I thought they were awful.

I make those on occasion...I usually use two eggs though and add a little cinnamon and vanilla extract.

Lol, I would think this should be called a grilled banana omelet.

LOL, try as you might, you'll never be able to make a paleo pancake that comes anywhere close to a delicious flour pancake.

I put blueberries and cinnamon in mine. Didn't help at all. The dogs were furious that I threw them out.

    Yum yum
  • I tried these carrot pancakes. It uses some whole what flour, but you can probably use coconut flour to make it paleo. There's a recipe on the sidechef app.

Coconut flour is Paleo but wheat flour is not?

I would call them banana fritters myself - but I guess doesn't really matter what they are called - simple easy recipe is worth a try, looks good in photo :)
