Hey there. I understand "slumps". I've been carrying this extra weight for years now. I try and try and do well, then just get frustrated and give up. This time for me, it's different. I've already dropped 25 pounds, and have 35 to go.
This is a great website and very easy to use. I love the Food Tracker, it really helps to keep you on track. Take advantage of it girl. There are also a lot of before and after pictures to keep you motivated.
I check in pretty much every day, so if you need an ear, I'll be here.

Love the name, Pokemon ftw ^^
Second this site is awesome there are always friendly people around ( except mrstudz he is evul ) that are willing to help you or give some info or just that high five moment you need after an achievement that you might not always get from your family and friends or just to throw some motivation your way.
Also just start slow just watch what you eat and stay away from the bad foods, cookies/chocolate/junk food/pizza/candy etc etc.
Just start doing some cardio even if its as little as 20 min walks every other day you can increase the amount of time and ofc add more days per week to max out your metabolism.
And ofc try to eat smaller portions but more often like every 3 hours orso this also does wonders for your metabolism.
Best of luck and feel free to add me.0
