I struggle with my self-comtrol for eating foods, are their any tips to help me?

    It's easier if you don't deny yourself anything

    look at your calories as a budget - 80% of them spend on eating the things you know are right - the well prepared vegetables, lean proteins, vitamin and mineral abundant foods - but make sure it's foods you love, or can learn to love. No reason to lose taste or joy in regular foods.

    The remaining 20% are for the things you think you need 'self-control' with .. whatever you love that is calorie dense fit it into your defecit

    Over time your favourite foods might change, putting time and effort into planning and preparation can make your go-to foods easier choices

    Me, I eat crisps and ice cream most days .. I save up calories across the week for weekend splurges sometimes. And if I rarely feel deprived .. so it's no longer about self control

    Don't sit there and stare at what it is you want, you'll lose that battle. Go do something else. Hop on the computer and go anywhere.. hey, here is a great idea! Also, grab a big glass of water and drink a large portion of it. Play your favorite tune! SING to it. Think about yourself lookin' slammin' on a beach. Talk to yourself.. and talk yourself right out of it. And don't forget to ask yourself, "How bad do you want this?" - Just my 2 cents.
