    Late finding this post.
    Start Weight (1st March):273.2
    Goal Weight (1st April):260

    1st April:

    Weight lost/gained this week: .6
    Weight lost/gained this month: .6

Successes/struggles this week: I had a love hate relationship with my food and scale. when you start a journey like mine you would never think it would gain weight by eating and right and exercising. But it happened to me. I started my journey 2/16/15 and had lost weight but gained it plus some. after weighing in on 3/1 and seeing that I gained so much in one week . I decided to look to see what the deal was. I found out the hard way that if you are working out hard and not eating enough calories you will gain. I was eating around 1600-1800 on insanity days and gaining. Feel free to add me. need tons of motivation.

So it seems that moderation in all things is the key to weight loss. This is more complicated than it seems at first.

Successes/struggles this week- For the past year and a half (since getting with my Fiance) I have found myself eating lots of takeaways and fatty foods due to me being comfortable, however, the week just gone I found myself turning down pizza, a kfc, burger king and full fat coke! Which is something I would never have done before! Safe to say I'm very proud of myself :)! I have, however, struggled with only allowing myself to drink water, tea, coffee and green tea.. (I would let myself have pop but once I've started I just cant stop!)

    Hi Malak,

Welcome, great to see you on the thread. I'd like to suggest reviewing your goal weight as losing 9.5kg (~21 pounds) in 23 days may be a bit ambitious and potentially unsafe. I don't want to be negative about your goals however what has worked well for me is a slower approach to weight loss as I have found it more sustainable. Perhaps you should consider this approach.

Good luck with all your progress.

Successes/struggles this week: Well this week didn't go so well. I am so ready for some sunshine so I can get outside and do some running. Over the last 2 weeks we have only had 2 days with sunshine and no rain/sleet/snow and there is rain predicted everyday this week except 1. I am having inner ear problems so walking/running on the treadmill at the gym is out for now, I am doing good to walk a straight line on the floor so I don't think it would be a good idea to get on the treadmill. Hopefully this week I will start feeling better and be able to get in some much needed exercise and get back to eating like I should be.

Successes/struggles this week: Had a few 3,000 calorie days, and drinking with friends on the weekend. I made cookies with my kids last week too and had to give them to the chickens because I was the only one who was eating them. I need to find small batch cookie recipes that only make like 5 cookies instead of the 71 I made last week. I am not ready to keep them in the house yet. I feel pretty good about the scale staying the same all things considered.

Successes: I worked out 5 days of the 7 weeks, and managed to stay in control with cravings and bad food options even out on a birthday dinner.
Struggles: Not seeing the scale move as much as I thought it would, the (2/28) Saturday before march 1st It said 220, but Monday it said 223 so I thought maybe it was water retention, but then this week to be still at 220 doesn't feel good.

Maybe try freezing them? Just portion it out as if youre going to bake them, stick the baking sheet in the freezer so thta they harden up a bit, then toss them into a freezer bag. Then, when you do want cookies, you can just take out a couple to bake.

Struggles this week: My weight loss is slowwww, and I'm getting frustrated. I lost 2 lb on the week, but that was following 2 weeks of no loss, so 2 lb in 3 weeks is not what I want to be seeing. My goal of 160 by end of March is pretty aggressive given my recent progress, but I am determined!

That's a good idea. I put them in the freezer AFTER baking them, but that just made them taste better. Next time I will try your idea!
