I just started 80-10-10 and am doing Raw til 4... it's been 4 great days and I'm excited to stick with this lifestyle! If anyone else is doing this, I'd love to connect.

    Hey Amisha, ive also recently started this lifestyle but im struggling quite a bit as i dont know anyone who is on this lifestyle. Im not sure how to "add friends" but maybe we could be friends on here abs support each other!
