Anyone have an ideal about this product? does it really work?

    Don't waste you money. Eat real food, just not too much.

    Dont waste your money. I bought the one that said extra burn something like that. I did hard work and just loose 5 pounds for 55 dollars each month? No way

    Anything that creates a calorie deficit works. These shakes can help do that, so in that way yes they work. But unless you plan to drink them for the rest of your life, it is advisable to learn to create the deficit through normal food or you'll probably gain back what you lose after you stop drinking them.
