I cleared the house of unhealthy food and bought fresh veggies and healthy foods!

It was so empowering to throw away the crap and I think it will always stick in my mind as the first step to happiness.

My goal is to lose 65 lbs by June 1st 2012.

    You're definitely on the right path, but you might want to plan a few "treats" into your days so you don't feel deprived and quit. Just a thought. Good luck!

    Good job! It definitely makes it easier to make healthy choices when the junk food isnt there lol! I am doing the same thing with my kitchen.

    I figure that once a week, I'll have a treat night where I have something like pizza or a hamburger. I am having a treat Sunday as it's my 2 year anniversary, I think I'm allowed to go to dinner! :)

    how have you been going with your weight loss so far? I have been trying for a year and a half and finally I am starting to lose weight. I had to give up the alcohol though before I made a break through.:blushing:
