Hey! I am new to MFP. Been using LoseIt but realized MFP sync's with my fitbit so I'm giving it a try! I'm from GA. I workout with a PT 3x a week and use C25K 3x a week as well. I eat clean. Mainly use a calorie tracker to keep track with how much protein/carbs/fat I eat each day! I don't know how to add you as a friend. Can you help me? Thanks!
