Friday Mini Challenge!

TGiF! Gonna mix it up today with a combo :)

Friday = Calf Raises + Stairs! 30 sets!

A set = 10 to 15 (you choose) calf raises with heels off a step, then up a double step (skip one stair) 3 times.

STRECH BEFORE AND AFTER EACH SET!!!!!!!!!!!

You can doooooo it!

    I am in! I apologize for not completing yesterdays lunges, so I will do them today too! I ended up at the doctor's getting a shot to help with my migraines. Bring on the burn!

    people...if you don't have steps -- MAKE ONE!! Get creative! No excuses! I'll be at my daughter's track meet all day and I'm am going to get this done. :happy:

    ok - My thighs are still aching from the 250 squats the other day so maybe if I work my calves today it will redirect the pain!!

    im in like always but dont have any stairs in my house and only 2 from my porch to the ground looks like i might look crazy walking up on side of porch then down other side 600 times today but oh well at least i will be able to say i did it right

    my son is supposed to have a baseball game today so maybe i will just go to the bleachers and walk up and down them too while he plays

    If you have no steps or anything like a step whatsoever then just do the calf raise portion in a doorway?

    Finished! I could only do normal calf raises, since there are no stairs at work. But I did them :-)

    okay i can do this. definitely stretching though - my calves are killing me this week. :D
