    hi rob, i too am new to this app and am giving it a try. hope to lose 20 pounds to be the Ole' sue i used to be, or close to her.

    I will send you a friend request when i figure it out :)

    my dr. told me to to watch my carbs/protein and to eat items where they are close to the same.
