I am about to finish Strong Curves. Loved it and gave me awesome results.
Now I am torn - should I move to 5x5 or the like with a bunch of accessory lifts that I liked in Strong Curves? Or try something new? I don't quite feel ready to build my own program. Nothing on bodybuilding.com really jumped at me so I am asking here.
Ideas? B

I am doing Strong Curves right now. When I'm done, I'm thinking of trying PHUL. I'll likely replace the calf exercises with hip thrusts.

I am a big supporter of SL 5x5. You get to see improvements all the time and the full body movements/exercises keep your body burning even when you aren't working out. Also, the workouts aren't long or complex - three exercises a day, three times a week.0

Yes, the more I read about how to design a program, the more I get intimidated by it! I'd like to get a good-to-go thing.

I have never looked into new rules of lifting for woman, but I a lot of woman seems to like it…

i am currently doing this one andy ave been doing it for about three months and really like it..http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/4-day-power-muscle-burn-workout-split.html < it is more of an intermediate program with a lot of volume, but if you have a year in then I think you should be able to handle it….0 -

Hey, thanks, that looks great!!
I am cutting a little more aggressively right now, adding quite some cardio, but eventually in a few weeks I want to focus on lifting again and eat at least on maintenance. PHUL program sounds perfect for that!0 -
I really liked German Volume Training for adding muscle mass and there's a lot of evidence that females respond well to higher volume training0
