Hey y'all I'm really trying to gain control over my body. I've been gaining weight very quickly this year. I have gotten lazy and have been eating poor. I'm trying to feel better and have control over my weight. Plus summer is approaching quickly and I would like to be confident.

    Stay focused and even when you slip up just get back on! No one is perfect but you have to pick yourself back up dust off and get moving again! Best of luck!

    You are both very pretty. Don't stress yourself over the weight thing and remember it takes time. I think small goals like "one week of x amount of cardio and healthy eating," is best. Like, tell yourself just one week. It's only takes two of those weeks to start new habits. And don't be afraid of a cheat day! Keep your sanity :) best of luck
