    That's a good idea. I put them in the freezer AFTER baking them, but that just made them taste better. Next time I will try your idea!

    Ooh yeah, frozen cookies taste pretty darn good. That would not stop me LoL! But the frozen dough? Yeah, cant have "just this one" on the fly :smiley:

    Successes/struggles this week: I always struggle with weekends. Saw a movie and so I had popcorn which is always a chunk of calories, but on the upside, I did a spin class and those burn a chunk of calories. My success this week is tempered by the fact that I always do well when I jump back in with both feet. This next week, I hope to get caught up with my exercise, hit at least 4 karate classes and make sure I don't go over my calorie goal on Monday-Friday!

    Successes/struggles this week: My friends came to visit so it's been hard to stay on my diet and I forgot to order the light version of my sugary coffee drink but I still managed to lose weight! Weather is getting warmer so hopefully i'll be able to start "running" outside again! I've always lost the most weight doing that. only 11 more pounds to go!

I have so many leftovers that aren't the best, but I'm staying under calories and having smaller portions. This is the last week of T25 Beta, next week starts Gamma!

    Successes/struggles this week: I have been eating much healthier in terms of increasing my fruits and vegetables and have finally dropped all soda from my diet. And I've been going to the gym 5 days a week. I even managed to complete a in-home routine one day while snowed in.

    Successes/struggles this week: I don't know what's going on with but somehow the absolutely terrible weekend last weekend hasn't had a bad impact on my weight. Too much pizza Saturday, cake at baby shower on Sunday and left over goodies Monday. I then used all my known techniques to keep down the bloating during the week which has worked luckily. I'm just getting mildly frustrated that I'm STILL not in Onederland when I'm so so close!
