I suggest you determine your goals first, and go from there. There are better and cheaper ways to go about losing weight than insanity, if that is your goal0

burning fat? caloric deficit and and any sort of physical activity that makes you heart beat!

Insanity is great but it's also on the extreme end of HIIT. If you are just beginning you may find it to extreme. There is no modifier on screen like T25. If you are already doing HIIT training then it should be fine for you.0

I did the first month and was too sick of it to continue. I could definitely feel my fitness level improving, but it was just too much. 45-55 minutes 6 days a week is not something I could (or wanted to) sustain. It was good for a random little challenge though.0
