looking for motivation

hi guys, im new to this and just looking for motivational friends, also just for advice! Im also looking for easy to make and healthy vegan food/recepies. Also just any ideas of something simple i could have for breakfast i usually only have about 2 minutes to grab or make something! Also looking for ways to stop temptation of eating junk food and buying food from the cafe!

    if you are pressed for time, pre-cooking is the way to go.

    check out some recipes here, http://www.budgetbytes.com/category/recipes/vegetarian/vegan/ There is one called "heat and eat oatmeal." basically you make oatmeal and then freeze it to make it simple to heat up in the morning.

    as far as not buying junk food or stuff at the cafe, preparation is the key to success. if you take 20 minutes nightly to prepare your food and snacks for the next day, you will have a plan that you are more likely to stick to. if you have healthy snacks, you'll be less inclined to grab crap food.

    i'm not saying you can't indulge now and again, but i feel that you need to plan for that indulgence, not succumb to it when you are having a craving.
