Need motivation

hey everyone I'm new to this and I am really looking forward to loose weight, one of my plans is to buy lean cuisine because I know how many calories are there and small portions, anyone knows any other healthy good ways?

    Sometimes pre-pared meals are a safe way to start out... but watch the sodium as it's VERY high on prepared frozen meals. See if you can't figure out what foods in the frozen ones you enjoy and learn to prepare those on your own. Check out the recipe section here on MFP and you'll find all sorts of simple recipes to start out.

    Like I said frozen, not too bad a way to start out for portion control (although some are very low in certain macros) but see if you can't jump over to regular food and get some healthier choices going. :)
