Not me I love water. I have a tervis that I carry with me everywhere. I don't keep track of how much I drink though. I especially love ice water, so refreshing0

I find it really difficult. I've tried buying a filter bottle for work, which helped a little, but even using that I still find it difficult to choke down water.
My latest trick at home is putting a slice of lemon (and squeezing out loads of juice) in the glass and drinking with a straw. The straw helps me get it down easier.
I've also started to count herbal teas as part of my fluid intake. I don't particularly like them, but they're still better than plain water.0
