I am a newbie and only started yesterday. I have been dieting since October 2008 and i was a size 16/18 and by August 2009 i got to a size 6.

I have managed to keep the weight off, even being a bit naughty !!! but i am so conscious and scared of putting back on that i always watch what i eat and so thats why i am here and to help anyone else if i can.

Although recently about a month ago i gave up smoking and although i dont feel i am eating more somehow the weight has been sneaking back up but i can still get into my clothes !!!

    Congrats Mandie! You have obviously made some great changes with your food choices and to stop smoking is GREAT! Keep up the hard work. I just started my journey .. .today is DAY 5. I want to lose 30 lbs and keep it off too! This site makes it so easy to log my food and really helps me be aware if I am eating too much or the wrong things. I also loaded the mobile version to my cell phone which is really handy! Good luck to you!
