It's a brand new day and the birds are chirping. Getting started on my weightloss, need new friends for motivation! My goal is 20lbs to lose, what about yours?

    Morning..Birds are definitely chirping in NJ!! It is about time. My goal is to trim 5-8lbs by laying off the dessert a bit. I run and burn a ton of cals weekly so that's my plan. Have a great one. Jeff

    My goal right now is 5 but 10 would be better. I have been stuck at this weight for quite a while and I am frustrated.

    I've lost 52 pounds and have 7 pounds left until I'm where I'd like to be.

    I have changed my goal during my journey a couple of times now.

    Initially I just wanted a healthy BMI but I know I'll be able to maintain lower than that.

    Now focusing on toning my stomach and also training for a long distance swim in the summer.

    Also looking for friends on here to motivate and help each other so please add me :smile:

    Love the attitude! My goal is to maintain weight but get abs that you could wash your smalls on.

    My goal is 20lbs as well! Here's to a positive start. It's always a good idea to write down your goal, no better place than a public forum :) I am definitely looking for any friends to help motivate me!

    I'm returning to my 85lb. loss, and shooting for a potential 90lb. loss. It all depends on how well I can maintain it.
  • I just had my third baby 2.5 months ago and am eager to lose 30 lbs! I have tried many diets, supplements and pretty much everything under the sun. This is my first time just going for good ol' exercise and logging what I eat.
