5.6 pounds lost first week!

Hey all! New to MFP and lovin' it! I love the accountability and how aware you are of your daily intake and output. My goal is to lose 55 and I am down 5.6 in my first week! I know the following weeks won't be so dramatic but it's an encouraging start. ;)

    That's great!! Nice to have a good loss at the beginning to really give you some momentum. That's 10% of the weight you want to lose RIGHT THERE! :)
