Hi! My name is Dahlia and I am getting back on the wagon. I've struggled with my weight and staying committed to fitness and nutrition. I'm 32 years old, wife, mom of 2, work full time, volunteer and hold leadership positions in my community. I have a very busy schedule and am looking for support to get over the initial hump of just getting started. Any tips and advice is greatly appreciated!     Welcome. If you can have a planning day where you plan menus for the week and do some food prep it will help you a lot. We have very busy schedules working full time and having meetings and such at night. We try to use Sunday and meal prep and do a bunch of cooking then to last the better part of the week.
