I hate metamorphasis

OK, at 62 I am tired, overweight and out of shape. I joined the Lifetime Fitness 90 day challenge and after 5 weeks I have lost 10 pounds and 2 inches.
I still don't enjoy working out. Anybody have any suggestions?

    I started at 340lbs last year, I got to 290, and now I'm back here at MFP at 305-ish. I hate the gym. I hate the people *at* the gym. I hate the street the gym is on. I hate the city the gym is in, and I'll probably hate the county and state.

    Best advice I was ever given: "Do something that you can envision enjoying getting out of bed in the morning to do. There's a ton of stuff out there to choose from. Pick something, that if you had the choice of going back to bed and sleeping in, you'd get out of bed to do."
