It's a brand new day and the birds are chirping. Getting started on my weightloss, need new friends for motivation! My goal is 20lbs to lose, what about yours?

Morning..Birds are definitely chirping in NJ!! It is about time. My goal is to trim 5-8lbs by laying off the dessert a bit. I run and burn a ton of cals weekly so that's my plan. Have a great one. Jeff0

I've lost 52 pounds and have 7 pounds left until I'm where I'd like to be.
I have changed my goal during my journey a couple of times now.
Initially I just wanted a healthy BMI but I know I'll be able to maintain lower than that.
Now focusing on toning my stomach and also training for a long distance swim in the summer.

My goal is also 20 lbs, but I don't know where to start. I have tried so many different one. The only thing I tried and worked was eat 900 cal per day but is so hard.0

I just had my third baby 2.5 months ago and am eager to lose 30 lbs! I have tried many diets, supplements and pretty much everything under the sun. This is my first time just going for good ol' exercise and logging what I eat.0
