Any flavour, for birthday. Buttercream or fondant recipie is a bonus. I want moist (but strong to layer and decorate), and SUPER delicious... Oh and healthy x)

Thank you for everyone who puts in a serious, tested, and true recipie!!

To be honest, I wouldn't bother with trying to be healthy on a birthday. Either take the day off or just work your calories around it,

Healthy means different things to different people. Be more specific on what healthy cake is to you. Do you want a cake that is under a certain calorie count or avoid/limit certain ingredients?

This is the cake I make for my dd's birthday. It has fruit. I don't know the calorie count right now. I have not decorated it more than using the whipped cream frosting that is part of the recipe and strawberries. It is strong enough to layer and is pretty delicious.
