Macro help

I have some questions regarding macros.

Background: I am 37, 160lbs and 5'7". I used a calculator to determine my TDEE and came up with 2020. I used a Firefox greasemonkey add on to change the goals on MFP, and came up with this:

Net Calories Consumed* / Day 1,520 cal/day
Carbs / Day 161.0 g
Fat / Day 51.0 g
Protein / Day 104.0 g

1) those of you who are proficient in macros - does this look ok?

2) If I am tracking macros, does that mean I do not have to worry about calories? They go hand in hand right? Today, if I eat what I have planned, I'll be 40 calories over my target after exercise, but I'm 9 grams over on protein, 9 grams under my carb target and 2 under my fat target. considering it's the first day I'm really working on hitting all my macro targets, I think that is good, but the 40 cals. over has me a little worried.

3) is there one macro that is more important than the others? protein? if I go over or hit that one but am under on fat and carbs, is that ok for weight loss?

Thanks all.

    Male or female?

Fat looks good but I tend to go with an even split of carbs and protein.

I set my daily goal and then work to be 100+ or - that goal every day.

Based on the research I have read I go with ~0.8g/lb of protein and ~0.45g/lb of fat. I then either eat the leftovers in carbohydrates or more protein/fat.
