What am I doing wrong

i have been trying to lose weight for a year now and I have tried everything. After about 2 weeks I give up because I get no results at all. I don't know what else to do. I go to the gym everyday. Please help

    You are probably eating too much. Do you weigh your food?
  • I have before but don't do it right now. I think I should again. Should I be eating whatever I want but weight and look at calories . I've done it before but I get so upset when I don't see results

    You mention your exercise but not your food. Are you tracking your calories and staying within your goals? Are you including everything, including cooking oils, veggies, cheat days, etc? Are you using a food scale, measuring cups/spoons, or eyeballing any of your portion sizes?

    Overall, you may just need to give it more than two weeks.
  • I have done all that stuff but I end up cheating in the end. I think I really need to stick to it. I feel like I just need support to keep me motivated
